About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for inventory movement, order fulfillment, packing and shipping, inventory counts, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately move, stage, and store inventory.
- Pick, fulfill, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Complete required equipment and safety checks.
- Operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, propane forklifts, and reach trucks.
- Operate packaging equipment such as pneumatic staplers, foam machines, and nail guns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work with other team members and departments to complete daily tasks.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and equipment or safety concerns.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
- Forklift/reach truck experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
