Job Summary
The Student Nutrition Department plays a vital role in feeding our Children of Abilene ISD. We are looking for staff that like to work with a school setting and children.
Responsibilities Food Preparations and Serving
- Prepare quality food according to a planned menu of food recipes.
- Serve food according to meal schedules, departmental policies and procedures.
- Compliance with health standards and protocols
- Practice and promote portion control and proper use of leftovers.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and supplies in a safe manner. Maintain a clean and organized storage area.

Qualifications
- Previous Food Service is not required.
- Food Handler Ceritficate must get upon hiring if you do not have.
