Job Responsibilities:

Support the head coach in planning and leading practices, games, and offseason workouts.

Help develop players’ skills, fundamentals, strategies, and game awareness.

Model and reinforce our core values of commitment, effort, and teamwork.

Build strong relationships with student-athletes and promote academic accountability.

Assist with communication to players, families, and school staff.

Help manage equipment, uniforms, and game-day logistics.

Collaborate with the coaching staff to support a vertically aligned program from youth through high school.

Uphold all school, district, and KSHSAA policies and expectations.
