Job Responsibilities:

Assist the head coach with planning and executing practices, games, and offseason training.

Support player development through skill instruction, fundamentals, and strategies.

Model and re-enforce our core values of commitment, effort, and teamwork.

Build relationships with players and help monitor academic progress.

Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and school staff.

Help manage equipment, uniforms, and game-day preparation.

Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure vertical alignment between our youth, middle and high school program.

Adhere to all school, district, and KSHSAA policies and expectations.
