Patient Coordinator / Receptionist – Growing Dental Office
Are you organized, friendly, and great with people? Our expanding dental practice is looking for a Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth daily operations
- Verify insurance and assist with billing questions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate clearly with both patients and clinical team members
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Dental or medical office experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Familiarity with scheduling or dental software is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
