Abilene Childcare Learning Center hiring for a full time Lead preschool teacher.
Must have the ability to work with ages 2.5 -5 years old. Have a distinguished knowledge of child development and provide a safe, healthy learning environment. Must have acquired skills in lesson planning, understanding of curriculum, communication, classroom management, self-motivated, flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, follow licensing, policies and procedures. To qualify for this position, you must have minimum of 6 months of direct care and supervision experience with children of the same age range 2.5-5 years.
Education requirements, including the ability to create and implement lesson plans to meet the students' individual needs. Applicants must implement curriculum standards, and complete student assessments.
- High school diploma required
- Must pass KBI background check.
- 3 work references
Must be completed within 30 days of hire.
- TB Skin Test
- Pediatrics CPR/First Aid

This is a full-time, year-round position.
Job Type: Full-time 4 / 10 hour days. One day off during the week. All weekends off.
