Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in procedures using property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems.
- Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing information about park amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain front desk operations with professionalism, including phone etiquette and client communication to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the park’s facilities and grounds for cleanliness to uphold safety standards.
- Assist guests with parking, site assignments, and resolving any issues related to their stay through customer service problem-solving skills.
- Keep accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and incident reports while ensuring all property management system data is current.
- Support overall guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Experience
- Previous experience in RV Resort hospitality management and hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus to enhance guest communication.
- Familiarity with standard RV operations is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills combined with problem-solving capabilities help create positive guest experiences.
