Job Responsibilities: Your role will encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
- Schedule qualified prospects who show up to first appointments.
- Pursue unscheduled qualified leads in a timely manner.
- Recapture prospects who drop off the calendar to maintain engagement.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM database, tracking prospects throughout the sales process.
- Provide consistent communication with clients and prospective clients to enhance their experience.
- Support sales efforts through calendar management, data entry, and event coordination.
- Assist with ad hoc sales-related tasks, event planning, and administrative duties as needed.

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing or sales role with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly investment management, annuities, and life insurance, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate professional interactions with clients, advisors, and third parties.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential client information.
