Bolton Home Health Aide
A.B.I. RESOURCES
Direct Support Professionals needed for all shifts. Positions will provide support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a variety of programs.
Position requires hands-on care to assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, food preparation, transportation, and daily documentation.
Requirements
- One / Three years of healthcare experience.
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation.
- Smart-Phone and Tablet Skills
- Background Check and Drug Testing Before Hire
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including at different sites and programs as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED
Experience helping people recovering from:
- Strokes
- Concussions,
- and or brain injury
- Within community settings
Team members support clients with:
- Safety
- Organization skills
- Medical and therapeutic rehab homework.
- Medication reminders
- Social entertainment
- Find meaningful employment
- Money management
- Social skills
