• Provide end-user support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, hardware, and peripherals.
• Handle new-hire onboarding: laptop setup, accounts, and access.
• Manage and update JIRA tickets; document IT procedures.
• Act as hands-and-eyes for remote IT team and support conference room AV.
• Requires 2–4 years of IT support experience and strong communication skills.
