Summary
- The Website Development Associate is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and accessible UI/UX designs.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
- Ensure cross-bowser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into web platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and outages.
- Maintain technical documentation for website architecture and workflows.
- Contribute to automation of deployment and update processes.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices.
- Support SEO and accessibility compliance across web properties.
- Document development processes and user guides.
Must Haves:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must; ability to work in agile/scrum teams, participate in code reviews, and deliver maintainable, scalable code.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js specifically — including routing and API routes.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Website or Software Development
- Certificate in Web Development or an associate degree in related field.
