Overview
We're looking for a confident, creative Social Media Content Creator who is comfortable being on camera and regularly recording themselves for social media. This role also requires live streaming (TikTok Live/Instagram Live/Facebook Live, etc.). You'll create engaging short-form content and live video sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Record yourself on-camera for short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Host and/or co-host live streams on scheduled days/times (product showcases, Q&A, promotions)
- Plan, script, film, and edit content optimized for each platform
- Stay current on trends, audio, formats, and hooks—and adapt them to our products
- Write captions, add hashtags, and format posts for maximum reach
- Engage with the audience in comments and during live streams in a professional, friendly way
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable recording yourself and speaking on camera regularly
- Comfortable hosting live streams and interacting with viewers in real time
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content styles and best practices
- Strong communication, storytelling, and "hook" writing ability
- Reliable, consistent, and able to meet posting and live-stream schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience growing a personal or business social account
- Comfortable working with lighting, microphones, and simple filming setups
- Experience with product demos, sales-oriented content, or community building
- Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing different content angles
Schedule / Work Style
- Part-time or full-time (based on fit)
- On-site, remote, or hybrid (based on needs)
- Must be available for scheduled live streams, including occasional evenings/weekends
