Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up necessary equipment
- Perform manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Support skilled workers with tasks like measuring, cutting, and assembling components
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as trained and authorized
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the project duration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
