The Professional Engineer (PE) will be responsible for reviewing, approving, and sealing engineering documents in accordance with Missouri state regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, approve, and apply PE seal to engineering plans, drawings, and calculations
- Ensure all work complies with Missouri regulations, codes, and standards
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams
- Perform or review engineering analyses and reports
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance purposes
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Missouri (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in reviewing and sealing low-voltage/security system designs
- Prior experience sealing drawings or acting as Engineer of Record
