This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Abeyta Nelson Injury Law, located in Yakima, WA. The Associate Attorney will assist clients with legal advice, handle personal injury and accident cases, conduct legal research, and prepare and review legal documents. The role involves representing clients through negotiation and seeking fair settlements or trial outcomes, working closely with senior attorneys, and ensuring the best legal support for clients facing life-altering situations.
- Proficiency in Personal Injury Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Strong ability to provide effective Legal Advice and critical thinking
- Skilled in Research and preparation of legal documents
- Experience with Negotiation and fostering client-focused solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A valid license to practice law in Washington State
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
