ABEX EXHIBITS is a custom exhibit & display manufacturing company with 42 years in business. We provide custom trade show booth solutions for purchase and turn-key exhibits customized for rental.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive / Sales Support professional to join our team. This position provides critical administrative and customer service support to our executive sales team, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the executive sales team
- Communicate directly with clients and assist with project coordination
- Maintain and update CRM software with client information and project details
- Serve as a liaison between the sales department and internal production, design, and logistics teams
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and order documentation
- Ensure exceptional client service and smooth project execution
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing, events, or tradeshows)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (specifically Method CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with an interest in career growth
