Home Care Scheduler – Full Time (In Person)
Stoneham, MA | Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:00pm
Now hiring a Client Care Coordinator to join Abernathy Home Care’s growing team. This full-time, in-person role supports clients, caregivers
Pay: Up to $65,000/year
Responsibilities include: coordinating client services, communicating with caregivers and ASAP case managers, assisting with scheduling and intake, collaborating with clinical and operations teams, and participating in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications: home care or healthcare coordination experience preferred; strong communication skills; comfortable with technology; Spanish speaking a plus.
