What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge Full Time position at Aberdeen Heights?
Job Information: Provides concierge/clerical support. Greets visitors, answers phone calls. Establishes and sustains on a daily basis a high level of customer support as the first representative of Aberdeen Heights that one meets upon entering our facility.
Requirements: Strong customer service skills as exhibited by the ability to deal tactfully with others and respond to situational issues in a patient, positive tone and with a "let's find a solution" mindset. Competent in PC and office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in a receptionist, concierge position preferred.
