Position Summary:
The costing analyst will primarily be responsible for creating and maintaining costing spreadsheets for A&K tour products, developing pricing recommendations for those products, and providing summarized cost charts for input into A&K’s reservation system. This position will also be required to assist with supplier invoice review and approval, and provide additional financial analysis as required by the department manager.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Pricing & Cost of Sales Analysis
- Preparation of costing/pricing spreadsheets
- Identifying significant cost variances and communicating the impact to Product Managers
- Coordinate with Product Development and Data Build team to ensure accurate costs are built in A&K’s reservation system
- Provide additional ad-hoc pricing as needed in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the USA Accounting team with the review and approval of supplier invoicing
- Advanced financial modelling skills required
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to explain complex financial information
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver on expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to read/write/speak in English
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Travel, touring, or hospitality industry preferred
- Must maintain a valid passport
- Occasional international travel
- 55-65k; position is bonus eligible

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
