The Opportunity
- Provide technical and sales assistance to Service Technicians
- Provide hands on guidance to Service Technicians with accounts issues
- Responsible for field training and evaluation of each team member, which entails a regular schedule of riding with each Service Technician to evaluate their performance.
- Assist in improving services by training and retraining Service Technicians in the proper and effective use of materials and equipment

Requirements:
- A Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 3 years' Pest Control experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have a current Applicator/Pest License Certificate
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience an asset
