Position Overview
We are seeking a VTC Administrator to join our AV / VTC team supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will provide enterprise-wide support for AV / VTC systems, network connections, controllers, and related equipment within a government computing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support AV / VTC hardware, software, and network connections
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV / VTC systems
- Provide support for CODECs, wired / wireless interfaces, audio controllers, data interfaces, Cable TV, CCTV, and other peripherals
- Manage service requests and tickets using platforms like ServiceNow
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and hardware replacements
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of AV / VTC systems across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with DLA security requirements and DoD 8570 standards
- Research and recommend patches, upgrades, and security updates
- Provide user support, develop training materials, and create job aides
Required Qualifications
Security CE, CySA , GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security, CASP CE, CISSP, CISA, GCIH, etc.
