Are you passionate about improving processes, solving complex problems, and driving real results on the manufacturing floor? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to transform ideas into efficient, scalable production solutions.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in elevating our operations—optimizing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and shaping the future of our manufacturing strategy.
What You’ll Do
Lead Continuous Improvement
- Champion Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the site
- Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Drive both local and global CI projects that deliver measurable value
Be a Problem Solver
- Investigate and resolve process, product, and tooling issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
- Optimize workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization to improve performance
Collaborate & Influence
- Partner with the Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional teams
- Train and support teams in Lean tools, Kaizen events, and best practices
- Communicate process updates and ensure smooth adoption of improvements
Enhance Operations
- Recommend and support capital equipment investments
- Ensure new and existing processes incorporate Lean principles
- Audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
Support Quality & Growth
- Participate in supplier qualification audits
- Contribute to safety and quality programs
- Take on special projects and assignments that drive business success
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- (Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered)
- 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally with custom-engineered products
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies
- Experience in biotech, chemical manufacturing, or complex process equipment is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
