What You’ll Do
- Assemble and wire electrical systems using schematics from our in-house design team.
- Build precision equipment used in advanced liquid medicine manufacturing environments.
- Test, troubleshoot, and make sure things work right.
- Travel within the US or internationally to customer sites to support installations and final setups.
- Manufacturing shop teamwork to create state-of-the-art custom equipment.
- Travel opportunities: Not constant, but just enough to break routine and expand your experience.

- Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or industrial controls.
- Ability to read schematics and follow technical drawings.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites to install and startup the same equipment you created back in the ABEC building in Bethlehem, PA.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years post-graduate in Manufacturing.
- 2 years’ experience in Electrical Assembly or Industrial Controls.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./ 23 kilograms.
- Typical work is in a manufacturing environment or customer’s site.
- Required to stand for long periods of time and may involve heavy manual labor.
- You will need to be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, and carry items.
- Exposure to loud noises.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
- Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus.
- Prior Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
