Elevator Business 2 Business - Outside Sales Representative

This position REQUIRES physical travel and sales with local businesses in person.

Area to include but not limited to: Marietta/Kennesaw/Cartersville/Smyrna/North Georgia Area.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business 2 Business Outside Sales Representative (hybrid Sales role to include Elevator service/mod/repair Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment and live near the Kennesaw GA area or willing to travel daily for training. This position will be based out of our Kennesaw office. This position is based on commissions only. You will have a draw for the first 3 months during your 90 day training period. Once training/90 days has been completed and you pass all the requirements you will be released to full commission based, with no capped amount on commission. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and sales, allowing you to have an uncapped possibility on commission! Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Outside Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market. Examples of Outside Sales Representative duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Skills:

- 3 years of proven experience in Business to Business Sales, preferably in Elevator Sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and trends to drive business growth

-Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills

You must have a reliable vehicle and a good driving record to obtain position. You will also be required to pass a drug test. ABEC Elevator is a 100% drug free company.
