Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and print ads for residential projects
- Create digital creatives for social media, websites, and online campaigns
- Develop branding materials aligned with company guidelines
- Work on layout design for project presentations and pitch decks
Video Editing:
- Edit project walkthrough videos, site progress videos, and promotional content
- Create engaging reels, ads, and social media videos
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements
- Coordinate with marketing team for storytelling and campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or similar industry work (preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Adobe Premiere Pro
o After Effects
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing creatives
- Basic understanding of real estate marketing is a plus
Pay: $25.65 - $30.89 per hour
