Position Summary:
The Kitchen & Dining Support Team Member helps keep the restaurant running smoothly by maintaining a clean,
welcoming dining environment, supporting back-of-house cleaning tasks, and assisting with light food prep.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining room, drink station, and guest areas.
• Support back-of-house cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and equipment
• wipe-downs.
• Assist with basic prep tasks such as portioning, stocking, and organizing ingredients following all food
• safety procedures.
• Restock supplies for both front and back of house as needed.
• Ensure work areas remain clean and ready for service throughout the shift.
• Follow all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
