WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
As a full-time HVAC Technician, you will typically work Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM each day. Your workday will end once all service calls are completed. Depending on the nature of the work, some days may be lighter, while others may extend longer. Additionally, you will participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule, ensuring that we are available to meet our customers' needs when required.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As an HVAC Technician, you will begin by reporting to our central location to gather the necessary tools and equipment for your service calls. Once on-site, your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with heating and cooling systems. You will then provide customers with clear and accurate pricing and estimates for repairs. Upon customer approval, you will perform the required repairs in the field, ensuring that all work meets industry standards. After completing each job, you will collect payment from the customer and ensure their satisfaction. On lighter service days, you may be asked to assist the installation team to help complete ongoing projects.

- Knowledge about various types of heating equipment (air or ground source heat pumps, mini splits, and boilers)
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
