Job Opening: CFSS Support Worker (PCA) for Child with Disability – Andover, MN
We are hiring a caring and reliable PCA/CFSS worker to support our 17-year-old son with disability at home in Andover, MN.
Schedule: 30–40 hrs./week; afternoons and weekends]
Pay: $23–25/hour (depending on experience, through CFSS Budget Model & FMS provider)
Duties include:
- Assistance with daily living tasks (ADLs)
- Mobility support
- Meal prep and feeding
- Companionship and supervision
- Light housekeeping
Requirements:
- Must pass DHS background check
- Experience with children or disability support preferred
- Punctual and dependable
- Non-smoking
