Skilled Construction Subcontractor / Carpenter (1099) – Framing, Decks & Flooring
*Job Overview:
We are looking for 1–2 reliable, skilled construction subcontractors (1099) for ongoing residential and commercial projects. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, show up ready to work on time, and can handle a job site without constant hand-holding, we want to talk to you.
*What You'll Be Doing:
* Executing residential framing, deck builds, and flooring installations, as well as other work as it arises.
* Operating basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Reading project scope/directions and working independently or with a small crew.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site.
*Requirements:
*Experience: Proven background in framing, deck building, and flooring. General construction experience required.
*Tools & Transport: having your own basic tools of the trade (preferred) and reliable transportation to job sites.
*Reliability: Must show up on time, sober, and ready to work every day. Zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use on the clock.
*Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, honest communication, and the ability to take initiative on site.
*Business Setup: Must be able to work as a 1099 contractor (General Liability insurance preferred).
*Availability: Must have open availability for full-time project hours and be able to prioritize our job sites during working hours.
*Pay & Schedule:
*Pay: $20-30/hr (Dependant on experience)
*Schedule & Commitment: Full-Time Schedule (approx. 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) We have a heavy, consistent pipeline of work and need someone available during standard job-site hours.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
