We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Trial Attorney to join a well-established legal team handling complex civil litigation matters. This role requires a highly skilled attorney with strong courtroom presence and the ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial and verdict.
The ideal candidate will have extensive trial experience, including first-chair responsibilities in jury trials, and a deep understanding of litigation strategy, case management, and courtroom procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil litigation cases from initial intake through trial and resolution
- Serve as first-chair trial attorney in jury and bench trials
- Conduct depositions, motion practice, and discovery processes
- Develop case strategies and oversee trial preparation
- Work with expert witnesses and handle complex legal arguments
- Represent clients effectively in court and during hearings
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining ownership of cases
