Production Supervisor I Role
You will make a significant impact by leading, directing, and developing your team of 14-18 Manufacturing Production Assemblers at Abd Serotec's Richmond Chemical Plant. You will lead by example, bringing your passion and enthusiasm for doing the right thing for the customer to your team who work over 2 shifts, dispensing and packaging chemicals and resins that are manufactured on-site.
You will ensure your team works efficiently and safely while working on equipment that includes semi-automated fill lines, manual fill stations, pumps, pipettes, and semi-automated dispense systems among various others.
