Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Salesperson at Providence, located in Davenport, FL. The New Home Salesperson will be responsible for showcasing properties, guiding potential buyers through the sales process, and providing excellent customer service to facilitate successful home purchases. This is a commission-only W2 position, health and retirement benefits are available. ABD has a dozen move-in ready inventory homes completed and ready to close. Commission earnings can begin on Day 1.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Home Construction
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in new home sales is required
- Real Estate license is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
