Job Summary
Looking for a swimming pool field service tech with at least 2 years experience that can perform vac route services. Will hire a more experienced individual. Experience and ability will determine rate of pay. We are a residential and commercial service company. Commercial experience not required, this would be a good opportunity to learn the commercial end of the trade. We are a small company that has been in business since 1969. We offer health insurance and matching retirement plan after 3 months. will consider hiring a trainee with less pool experience if you have a solid mechanical back ground.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality and appearance.
- Utilize hand and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting and resolving basic equipment issues.
- Follow safety protocols while working in various environments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their service needs and provide updates on maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment used.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning techniques
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment repair
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
