Qualifications
- Strong background in Nursing and Nursing Education
- Proficiency and practical experience
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Curriculum Development strategies for clinical instruction
- Active nursing license and compliance with state and institutional requirements
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
- Previous teaching experience in a clinical or academic environment is preferred
- BSN required, Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field is a plus
