As we continue to grow, we are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team! This position will ensure all daily operations within the general HR responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiently and align with the strategic goals of the organization.
What We Can Offer You:
- Pay Range $68000 per year - $70000 per year annual salary (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits, 401(k), FMLA, leave of absence, Workers’ Compensation, and unemployment claims.
- Support employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies while maintaining employee records and HR systems.
- Complete OSHA reporting and assist with audits and regulatory requirements.
- Support recruitment efforts for office and field staff.
- Assist with employee engagement, retention, training, and development initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and supervisors.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist, Coordinator, or similar HR role.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
- Experience administering employee benefits, FMLA, leave of absence, Workers’ Compensation, unemployment claims, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Healthcare or home care experience preferred.
