As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Homecare Branch Manager to join our team to make an immediate impact.

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with industry standards where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering lasting relationships in the community and ensuring we deliver the highest standard every day.

What We Can Offer You:

  • Pay range of $60000 per year - $65000 per year per year with quarterly bonus
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability Insurance - available the first of the month following 30 days of employment
  • 401(k) with company match - available after 90 days of employment
  • Paid Time Off - 13 PTO days for the initial calendar year of employment, prorated depending on the start date during the calendar year. Available following the initial 90 days of employment. PTO resets at the start of each calendar year
  • 6 paid company holidays per calendar year

Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulations from IDoA, IDPH, DHS-ORS, Managed Care Organizations and VA.
  • Promotes teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration to improve communication and productivity agency wide.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop branch staff, driving high performance and employee retention.
  • Ensures compliance with both the participant and the employee file maintenance.
  • Conduct regular business development and community outreach to build strong relationships with referral agency representatives within the community.
  • Work collaboratively with various department heads that support operations.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business management, human services, social work or related field. Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience providing in-home services in Illinois, with at least 3 years overseeing business operations within the homecare.
  • Expertise in navigating Illinois homecare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Supervisory or management experience leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, payroll and billing procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with referral agencies, clients and team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and budget management.
  • Ability to resolve participant and employee concerns within referral source parameters
