What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and observe client conditions, reporting any changes promptly
- Medication reminders
- Provide memory care support for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia
- Document care accurately using EMR/EHR systems
- Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping such as cleaning and laundry
- Safely operate equipment like Hoyer lifts
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Offer companionship and emotional support
Candidates must be available to work the following schedule without exceptions:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Multiple caregivers may be assigned to share coverage of the client's care hours.)
Qualifications
- State ID or Driver's License
- Birth Certificate
- 2 years Proof of PA Residency
- Ability to pass a background check
