About the Role
SmartSource is seeking a strategic, data-driven marketer to lead and scale our account-based marketing efforts across high-value enterprise accounts.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, focused on driving pipeline, accelerating revenue, and shaping how we engage our most important customers. You’ll own ABM strategy end-to-end, partnering closely with Sales to identify opportunities, build targeted campaigns, and deliver coordinated, high-value experiences across the buyer journey.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Ownership
- Own and evolve SmartSource’s account-based marketing (ABM) strategy across priority industries and target accounts
- Partner with Sales to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target account lists, and account engagement strategies
- Develop and maintain a detailed ABM calendar and metrics dashboard
Campaign Development & Execution
- Build and execute integrated, multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, content, retargeting ads, etc)
- Create campaign lists in ZoomInfo, write emails, manage lead scoring and handoff to Sales
Sales Alignment & Enablement
- Act as a partner to Sales/Sales Ops, aligning marketing programs with account plans and revenue goals
- Equip Sales with insights, messaging, and tailored content to improve engagement and conversion of ABM campaigns and Outreach campaigns.
- Lead weekly AMB reviews and optimization discussions
Performance & Optimization
- Define, track, and communicate KPIs including email metrics, account engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue impact
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, including ABM experience
- Proven track record of building and executing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience partnering closely with Sales in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach
