COMMERCIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

ABCO Maintenance is hiring experienced maintenance professionals to service commercial properties throughout the Tri-State area.

Requirements

• 5 years of maintenance or trade experience
• Skilled in 3 trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, concrete, welding, etc.)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to obtain a company-paid DOT Medical Card
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Dedicated off-street parking for company vehicle required
