About the Job
We are actively recruiting skilled maintenance technicians to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. As a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company, we have been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years.

The facility maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on commercial properties within their territory.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE with at least one year of driving history
- Must have off street parking company vehicle with commercial plates (N/A for Staten Islaand or Upstate NY)
- Must be tech savvy and comfortable working with computers/mobile devices
- Must work with little to no guidance
- Reliable working with a proven track record of employment
- Must be available to rotating weekend on call (1 or more time per month)
