About the Job
We are actively recruiting skilled maintenance technicians to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance, a commercial facility maintenance/construction company serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/24 hours a day for over 35 years.

Job Summary
The maintenance technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on commercial properties within their territory.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE clean, valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.
- Must have off-street parking for company vehicle with commercial plates (N/A for Staten Island or Upstate NY)
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with computers/mobile devices.
- Must work with little to no guidance.
- Reliable with a proven track record of employment.
- Must be available to rotating weekend on-call (1 or more time per month).
