Job Overview
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be inspecting daily production of multiple types of machined components and recording data into established check sheets on Excell. Some experience required.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and dimensional measurements using measuring instruments, precision measuring instruments, digital height gauges, and CMM.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, production documents, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) requirements; apply basic math and mechanical knowledge to assess results.
- Collect and analyze inspection data, document nonconformances, and communicate findings to production and quality teams.
- Support quality assurance, quality management, quality systems, and quality audits in manufacturing; follow quality standards in production.
- Your impact: By identifying deviations and documenting them promptly, you help production teams correct issues and deliver products that meet requirements.
Skills
- Quality control or quality assurance experience within manufacturing; familiarity with quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and quality inspection practices.
- Experience on CMM and Romer arm preferred but we can train
- Knowledge of GD&T preferred
- Strong work ethic
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
