ABC Technologies’ core business as an Automotive Tier 1 supplier is in the Design, Development and Production of plastic automotive systems and components for OEMs worldwide.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Undercar Products Group by providing day-to-day administration within all HR functions inclusive of the Payroll and Benefits function. This position shares responsibility for communication and implementation of policies and procedures. It assists with on-going measurement analysis, adjustment and reporting of all training and evaluation activities.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provides human resources services, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and wellness benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, and completing personnel transactions.
- Implements human resources programs for the site.
- Facilitates the onboarding of new employees including training, orientation, administration, feedback sessions and follow up.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs.
- Research, analyze, and present data as assigned utilizing both Excel and PowerPoint and ensure that high quality data is presented in a logical and understandable format for the managers.
- Assist management in record keeping and organization as it pertains to onboarding, terminations, leaves of absence, payroll, time keeping, and risk management.
- Key contact as a customer services representative for Human Resources for the plant.
- Expected to recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of Human Resources experience
- Undergraduate degree as a minimum or equivalent experience.
