Reporting to the Manager of Analytics Enablement, this associate is responsible for developing and maintaining a large catalog of custom ERP reports. Outputs support order to cash, procure to pay, field operations, branch accounting, audit, credit, system integrations, and decision making throughout key areas of ABC’s business.

Job Responsibilities And Duties

• Design, develop, schedule, and maintain custom Cyberquery code and reporting outputs on DMSI's Agility ERP software.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and understand reporting requirements.
• Create wireframes and review design documentation with end users for approval.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of ERP and institutional data table expertise to connect requirements to code development.
• Update and maintain documentation including control logs, reporting requirements, design summaries, and GitHub repo.
• Support key data and report integrations with OnBase, Positive Pay/ACH, Cycle Count Compliance, Bill Trust, Get Paid, and other 3rd party vendors via advanced macros, hold files, and shell scripts.
• Maintain reporting that monitors PRO2 SQL replication (Splunk integration).
• Perform basic testing and review expected results before QA. Aid QA in creating test scenarios where applicable.
• Participate in user acceptance testing with business leads.
• Provide documentation to branch accounting support and enterprise training to provide level 1 support and train end-users on how to use and interpret new and changed reports.
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical support and troubleshooting for existing reports.
• Author ad-hoc reports to provide customer data to external auditors as needed.
  
  

Skills Needed

• Mastery of Cyberquery internal report and macro code languages.
• Unix Command Line Interface (CLI) and shell scripting experience (via windows screen saver .scr)
• Expert knowledge of ABC’s implementations of DMSI's Agility ERP software.
• Institutional knowledge of ERP functionality and 750 plus Agility tables.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, and/or 4 years relevant work experience.
• 2 years of code-based report authoring experience with a Structural Query Language (T-SQL, etc.)
• Experience with a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Progress, etc.
• Strong understanding of database structures
• Experience with Unix CLI and shell scripting.
