Crew Leader Responsibilities:
As a Siding Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire siding installation process, ensuring the highest quality of work is completed on time and on budget.
- Lead a siding installation crew, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Install various types of siding or roofing, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of the process.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor on job sites, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards.
Siding Crew Leader Qualifications:
- Proven siding installation experience (required).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, family-like attitude.
- Valid drivers license and CLEAN driving record REQUIRED
- Prefer Bilingual in Spanish and English.
