We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Product Shipper / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring accurate, timely shipment of automotive parts. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working around mechanical components. Knowledge of automobile parts or mechanical components is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pull, and prepare customer orders according to packing slips or online order sheets.Safely package automotive parts to prevent damage during shipping.Print labels, create shipments, and coordinate with carriers (i.e., UPS, USPS, freight companies).Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments, including part numbers, quantities, and condition.Receive incoming inventory, inspect condition, and verify quantities.Sort, label, and store parts in designated warehouse locations.Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other basic warehouse equipment.QualificationsMust have valid driver’s license.Must have own vehicle.Experience in shipping, warehouse, or general labor roles.Basic computer skills for printing labels and updating inventory.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to follow safety procedures when handling heavy or sharp metal parts.Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification (preferred).Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 80 lbs. as needed and work in a physically active environment (i.e., standing for extended periods of time, bending, and stooping).Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.Ability to work in a warehouse environment exposed to both hot and cold weather conditions.Why Join Our Team?Competitive payStable, full-time positionSupportive team environmentOpportunities for growth within the organizationCompany DescriptionABC Recycling, Inc. is a family-oriented, customer-focused business committed to providing exceptional scrap-metal recycling services.
