Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting/exceeding the highest quality standards for service
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
- Submit orders based on price lists and product demands
- Maintaining communication with the company and customers
- Negotiating with clients, following up/Accountability
- Resolving customer concerns through investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
- Expanding professional and technical knowledge
- Engaging in continuing training, contributing to team effort by achieving personal and company goals
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Perform simple math calculations and have an understanding of processes and equations used to create reports
- Previous experience with HVAC systems welcome, but not required
- Provide five-star customer experience
- Working with office and field staff to meet customer’s needs
- Highly organized with exceptional execution
- Negotiation skills, with task-oriented mindset
- Goal driven, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license & clean record
- Must pass drug screening & criminal background check
- Proficient with technology
Job Type: Commission
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
