Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team as Clinic Manager. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations of the Gig Harbor location while maintaining an active patient caseload, ensuring the highest quality of care and fostering our integrative approach to wellness.
Starting salary is commensurate experience and is open to negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing evidence-based physical therapy techniques and our holistic treatment philosophy
- Lead and mentor PTAs, promoting professional development and clinical excellence
- Oversee daily clinical operations, including scheduling, quality assurance, and treatment protocols
- Collaborate with therapeutic massage practitioners and alternative healing specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining proper documentation and clinical standards
- Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives
- Contribute to the growth and development of clinic programs and services
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required
- Current Washington State Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Willing to train to develop position for the right candidate.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an integrative healthcare environment
