ABC is looking for Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Team!!
The ideal candidate for this position is a disciplined and sincere individual who is cooperative and supportive and who will bring accountability to the work environment. Someone who works thoroughly leaving nothing to chance in order to achieve goals consistently and efficiently.
As an Accounting Assistant you will:
- Make outbound calls for collections of outstanding balances.
- Receive payments
- Answer a variety of inbound calls
- Answer customer questions
- Handling customer concerns
- Update customer information in our database as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications for a Accounting Assistant:
- Must have at least 2yrs Accounting experience
- Prefer having Intermediate Excel skills (ie. VLOOKUP and Pivot tables)
- Must have reliable transportation and willing to commute to Cypress TX
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
