Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, twice a week till 5:30pm. The family will guarantee 47 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1 year - longer if it’s a great match.

Children's Ages: Care will be for 3 children ages 7, 3, and 4 months.
About the Children:
The oldest child is in first grade. He is observant, silly, and a classic oldest brother.
The middle child is a sweet, active, and classic boy. He loves playing with trucks and his older brother, and is in school for half the day.
The family's youngest is a sweet newborn baby girl. Her older brothers are very protective, and she is on a good eating and sleeping schedule.
About the Family:
Mom is a stay-at-home parent
Dad works full time outside of the home and occasionally travels for work.
About the Pets:
This family has a sweet Goldendoodle - all candidates must be pet friendly.

A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard family assistant duties including school pick up and drop off, general tidying, family laundry, and light errands. The family would like help with occasional meal prep.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
5 years of nanny experience caring for multiple children, infants to school-age.
Previous experience with family assistant duties
Some sort of college degree is highly preferred.
The ideal candiate can balance a busy household! With three children in the home, mom is hoping to find a great partner to tackle the day with.
Someone who values a solid routine, is loving but firm, and responsible will thrive in this role.

Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $32-$37/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $84,000 - $97,000 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and a vehicle to drive on the job.
Any Additional Perks:
This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.
Required Qualifications

Are a non-smoker
